Organization Algorithm for Innovation-Directed Knowledge Management. Case of Ciego de Ávila Municipalities, Cuba

Abstract

It was designed an algorithm of organization for knowledge management directed to i n- novation in one on the municipalities of Ciego de Ávila province. Its main contribution lies in the methodological guideline sequence where systematization of both knowledge and innovations enables to overcome the cognitive gaps in correspondence with local needs until covering the strategic voids regarding development. On the other hand, i n- formation and data bases, and the organized participation of local  actors, increased constantly in the municipalities
