Procedure to Identify Labor Competence from a Historical and Cultural Perspective

A procedure elaborated from a historical and cultural perspective and aimed at identifying individual labor competence in Cuban socialist enterprises is presented. Literature on this regard is critically analyzed. Besides its proposal, the procedure feasibility concerning the process of identification of the competence required for the fullprofessor academic rank at the Study Center for Entrepreneurial and Territorial Management from the University of Camaguey, Cuba, is evaluated.
