Performance Indicators to Evaluate Financing Projects for Small Mexican Agricultural Enterprises

Abstract

The need of evaluating the preformance of financing programs for the Mexican agricultural sector was the starting point of this paper. Thus, a procedure that enabled the definition of performance indicators regarding local goverment financing programs for the development of small enterprises with an efficient and effective approach was designed. This procedure not only eases the analysis to be effected, but also provides local governments with more information to make the best optimizing decisions on the allocation of funds.
