Economic valuation of properties with patrimonial value in Cuba

Abstract

The present work aims at exposing a procedure metodológico for the economic immovables evaluation of high patrimonial value, contextualizado to the economy Cuban and his problems in the urban space.

His fundamental contribution is whereon he will back up the decisions take for part of the actors to design, to evaluate and to execute strategies related with the handling persons in charge and conservation of the patrimony in terms of the urban development. The procedure validated in a located real estate downtown historic of Camagüey city itself.
