Pillars for the success of agricultural cooperatives in the Cuban context

The objective of this paper is to show the cooperative enterprises successful management pillars within Cuban cooperative agrobusiness model. These pillars were determined by applying the structural analysis technique which involved the participation of national and foreign experts with a competence coefficient K ≥ 0,8. Direct and indirect relationships of twelve variables were studied. Based on adaptability, consistency, relevance, and flexibility criteria, determining such pillars meant to identify key aspects in the essential process of entrepreneurial management improvement of agricultural cooperatives. The so-identified key aspects pertain to the modern practice of management scientific discipline and contemporary cooperative practice.
