Towards an approach to the permanent training of managers

Abstract

The present work was carried out with the purpose to present a model of permanent training for the directives of the public administration in the Fishing Ministry of Angola´s Republic with the objective to boost the required competences and achieve an efficient acting in the entities of this Ministry moreover will permit establish and recognize future requests to develop the human available resources, because its correct application will be converted in a halfback of motivation and stimulus in the employees. To reach proper conclusions are necessary to carry out an analysis that permits know us the relating theoreticians of the topic under discussion based on a system of coherent indicators and related that permits a focusing of integrality . In the work the theoretical foundations is taken in consideration to near the topic of permanent training, several concepts and reflect about the training in different viewpoints from International until in an individual way. The training at all levels constitutes one of the best inversions in human resources and one of the main sources of wealth for the personnel of all organization, the Fishing Ministry gives the employees the incentives by offering opportunities of promotion and transferences to complement the skills in the work and it uses the in its potential maximum that finally finished by benefiting to the Finishing of Ministry.
