Abstract

Tourism products were designed with the inclusion of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the municipality of Gibara, province of Holguín, Cuba, using a participatory approach that improves management designing actions, and meets customers’ needs by offering appropriate, competitive, and sustainable products. The implementation of the new procedure led to the creation and presentation of new alternatives for leisure in Gibara.
