Procedure to strengthen environmental management from organizational human resources

A procedure to strengthen environmental management in the formation of human resources in Cuban organizations was developed. Theoretical and empirical methods that contributed to the fulfillment of the proposed objective were applied. The main results obtained in this research were directed to the design of a procedure characterized by an accurate definition of the environmental dimension components to be considered in the training process as well as a set of indicators.
