Abstract

A procedure for organizational learning management to improve Cuban enter-
prise utility was created after a bibliographic review which resulted in the defi nition
of the relationship between organizational learning and entrepreneurial utility. A
four-year study on the utility of the Enterprise for Discarded Materials Collection
from Camagüey province was carried out. The procedure, designed for a time
span comprising several years, was applied to this enterprise and other similar
ones. Tools and techniques minimizing subjetive items within the evaluation of
learning management processes were validated. A better enterprise performance
was achieved, showing the suitability of this approach which needs almost no
fi nancial investment.
