Theoretical study of commercial distribution and its impact on travel agencies

Objective: conceptually analyze the terms commercial distribution and its impact on travel agencies from a bibliometric analysis.
Methods and techniques: for that reason, has been used theoretical and empirical level methods were used through the method of analysis and synthesis, literature review and statistical analysis of information.
Results: the results obtained from the analysis of more than 100 definitions allowed to form a theoretical and methodological perspective of these concepts, necessary in a poscoronavirus scenario.
Conclusions: it was possible to determine the existing gaps in the theoretical definitions analyzed which will serve as a basis for the development of new research in the sector.
