Abstract

This study is an attempt to demonstrate the existing relationships established, in theory, between efficacy management and its inherent process in the characterization of quality management. A number of theories regarding organizational efficacy management and quality management characterization were assessed. Diversity of models indicated that organizational efficacy is a construct continually changing and building itself up. Such construct groups quality concepts into four fundamental approaches, and there is no theoretical evidence of its failing because it is attuned to present situations. In conclusion, quality management is a process inherent in and an essential predicting component of organizational efficacy management. Besides, it is supported by eight principles and associated wiht a set of coordinated activities governing and controlling any organization.
