        Abstract

In general, the elaboration of territorial strategic objectives does not sufficiently exploit the relationship with non-local companies located in the municipality. In the work a procedure is designed to guide the company's strategy to local development; deliberately and based on the interrelation of local and company potentialities, as well as priorities as a fundamental desired condition, fundamentally based on the theory of corporate social responsibility. When implementing it, proposals for contributing products are generated, which allow a proactive management of the company and its contribution to progress and local well-being.

The products are subjected to various discrimination criteria ranging from expert assessment to financial evaluation and are structured through the logical framework matrix, responding to fundamental problems of the company (but which pay positive taxes to the locality). Said matrix is linked to the strategic map of the company to determine if the capacities to achieve said contributing products are present in the different perspectives.

It was applied starting in 2011 at EMBER Granma, specifically for the Bayamo municipality. Obtaining in the period 2011-2013 favorable results in an integrated company-town manner.
