Training and Upgrading System for Cadres at the Ministry of Education in Camaguey, Cuba

Abstract

The design of a training and upgrading system that includes every cadre at the municipal and provincial delegations of the Ministry of Education in Camaguey, Cuba, associated to the University, and the subsystems that make it up, are explained. The methods applied were, system approach, modeling, and regularization of experiences. This system contributes with integration to design cadre and cadre reserve training plans, and it is highly efficient, thus meeting the demands of the educational system and the updating process the country is undergoing.
