A study of organizational modeling was conducted through Mamdani and Sugeno fuzzy operators, and neural networks; the aim was to reveal the contribution of model variable trends to an increase in the values of the system´s identity. It helped determine variables that were more prone to change at a certain moment, and design a management strategy based on it at the Center for Environmental Engineering of Camaguey, Cuba.
