Strategy formulation in a construction company industrial works

Abstract

This article result of a research carried out in the Industrial Works Construction Enterprise of the Ministry of Construction (Construction Ministry), located in the municipality of Santiago de Cuba. 

Its main goal is a new strategic in the company named. By employing techniques to the development of business strategies and the use of other models and systems to improve levels in decision-making which is an important contribution to the management business. The use of methods: historical – logical, analysis – synthesis, systemic - structural - functional, from the general to the particular allowed reaching important conclusions. The strategy will allow the company business objectives compatible with the objectives of the economic policy of the country.
