Management of Organizations like Complex Systems in a Disturbed Milieu. Control Phase

Abstract

This research deals with the most significant aspects to be taken into account in managing organizations like complex systems in an ever increasing changing milieu, particularly in their control phase. To this purpose, several bibliographic sources were assessed and condensed. Specific items comprising a holistic approach of organization functioning, reactions and behavior responses derived from decision-making processes, consecutive and emergent conducts within certain strategic limits, reactions from members of organizations, and a new meaning for strategic control are also dealt with. Conclusions point out that planification must be conceived in general terms of projecting and setting limits which include the organization development and progress as a system with a holistic approach of its functioning.
